HMAS Leeuwin recently finished her latest maintenance period at Tropical Reef Shipyard.

This cycle included a full repaint in a new shade of Grey as well as some major equipment upgrades.

She berthed at TRS for a few days while a bulk ship loaded sugar. All the work was done on wet berth. Our team ensured the timing of her upgrades and tidy up coincided with herĀ  specialist schedule. Leeuwin is, once again, as good as new.

Leeuwin was originally commissioned in 1997.

HMAS Leeuwin (A 245) is a hydrographic survey vessel operated by the Royal Australian Navy (RAN). Named after Cape Leeuwin.
